Immigrant workers are received as comrades. In early June the General Assembly of Worker-Student Action Committees pass a resolution "For Abolition of the Status of Foreigners in France."

Invoking the international composition of the leadership of the Paris Commune, the resolution calls for an end to residence cards, work cards, & deportations.

In opposition to government deportations of foreign activists & the sealing of French borders to young radicals from Germany & Italy who were attempting to get to Paris an Action Committee in Paris urged Europeans to spread the revolution throughout Europe.
